Visa

Since Bulgaria is a member of EU, no visa for the EU citizens is required. For the other countries, please, check the closest Consulate of Bulgaria or at the website: http://www.mfa.bg/en/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=4794&Itemid=243

Please, inform us if you need visa to participate in the meeting in the e-mail with registration information. We advise all participants, who need visa to apply for it at least one month before the symposium.

Registration fee (in Euro)

The registration fee covers conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, and social events: welcome party, conference dinner, and excursion. The regular and industrial fees include in addition the book with symposium proceedings.

NOTE for Bulgarian participants: the conference fee can be paid in leva; the details for the bank account for transfer in leva can be requested by e-mail.

Reimbursement policy

Registration fees can be reimbursed in full if the request arrives before July 1, 2009 (bank transfer charges are at the responsibility of the attendee). After that date a handling fee of 80 EUR will be charged. After August 1 reimbursement will not be possible.
