The symposium will take place in Albena, a nice resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast in the north of the city of Varna. The resort can be reached via Varna International Airport or bus services.

The conference sessions will take place in the new hotel Flamingo Grand (5*) in the center of the resort.

The accommodation of the participants can be arranged in the conference hotel and the other nearby hotels in the resort. The following preferential prices per night per participant in a double/twin or single room will be applied:

3*  hotel: 18.00 EUR (double); 23.60 (single)

3*+ hotel: 23.10 EUR (double); 30.30 EUR (single)

4* hotel: 28.20 EUR (double); 37.00 EUR (single)

5* hotel: 46.20 EUR (double); 77.00 EUR (single)

The given prices are given on Bed & Breakfast basis. Supplements for buffet lunch and dinner could be applied on request. The same prices will be applied if participants would like to stay in the resort some extra days before of after the symposium. Note, that these prices are special for the symposium and they are valid only if the payment is accomplished in advance but not later than August 26th. The transportation from Varna airport to the hotel in Albena and back can be arranged also directly by the resort's office. Depending on the number of the passengers, the following prices for one-way transportation will be applied:

Transportation by bus: 7.20 EUR per passenger

Transportation by car: 30.80 EUR per car

Several airlines have regular direct flights to Varna airport. In addition, during the Summer many charter flights from various European cities are available. If it is more convenient for you to travel via Sofia, the city is located at ca. 500 km from Varna and train or bus connections takes between 6 and 8 hours travel.
